Warren County Economic Development Corporation (WCEDC) is governed by a volunteer board of directors representing a diverse cross-section of the county.  The members of the WCEDC Board of Directors are responsible for directing policy and plan development, ensuring fiscal oversight, and being spokespeople for the organization.  The WCEDC board members are listed below:
