"Capital City Fruit, Inc has been in Warren County since 1981.  A big reason for our success is the access to a highly qualified workforce.  Most of our sales force calls Warren County home and several of our front line supervisors started working for us while attending Norwalk High School.  This area provides loyal employees that are willing to grow with a company.  One benefit we have found is that many qualified people are tired of the commute to Des Moines and we have been able to hire some great people who want to work close to home. Further, Warren County is close enough to Des Moines that you still have access to talented employees from the Des Moines area.  In a highly competitive environment, locating in Warren County helps position a company to get the best talent possible."
