On Thursday, October 25th at Simpson College WCEDC held their annual county-wide celebration to acknowledge positive developments and activity around Warren County, announce the economic impact awards, and celebrated the one year anniversary of Hometown Pride.

Business of Year in Community Under 3,000 Population: Houston's on Main - Milo
Industrial/Manufacturer/Producer Business of the Year: Capital City Fruit - Norwalk
Innovative New Product or Service: GRIT Performance 515 - Indianola
New Business of the Year: Crosscut Custom Carpentry - Indianola
Woman-Owned Business of the Year: Social Station Cafe - Prole
