Celebrate summer in Indianola with Summer Nights & Flights, a one-night-only downtown experience combining the National Balloon Classic Sky Parade and the Indianola Chamber of Commerce’s Summer Nights Live into one unforgettable evening!
The evening takes flight with the National Balloon Classic Sky Parade, sponsored by Lula Belle Designs, from 5:00–8:00 PM, bringing colorful hot air balloons soaring over the downtown square as part of a unique, immersive balloon experience. Guests can enjoy balloon activity throughout the evening while exploring the energy and excitement filling the heart of Indianola.
As the skies come alive, the party continues on the square with Summer Nights Live, presented by Peoples Bank, from 7:00–10:00 PM featuring live music from 10-Fold Return. Grab your lawn chair, gather your friends, and enjoy a high-energy night of music, community, and summer fun in the heart of downtown.
Shop, Savor and Sip your way through a vibrant downtown bustling with local businesses staying open late and serving up “flights” of every kind — beer flights, food flights, sweet treats, shopping specials, and creative downtown experiences all themed around the spirit of flight.
